Manger apartments north villa Niles Michigan she don't know how make control and don't have power to lead this apt she donk know do her job the apartments not clean shut dog every where she not warning people park any where and block entrance and handicapped not available for old people she weak person and many people leave this apartments

I loved the outside apartments Im just waiting til February because I dont wanna move til March

No one hasn't responded back to me on the apartments that I am inquiring about.

After five years of residency, Im so glad to no longer live here. This complex goes through office managers at an unbelievable rate. Theyre maintenance workers are dishonest, resulting in charges on my account that in no was should be my responsibility but since they never documented my complaints on their end, I am being charged. Also charged for NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR as per the definition of the phrase, and being threatened not to receive a referral bonus I should get because of it. Extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone because the manager is either always gone early or on the premises as the door sign says but doesnt return for hours on end, let alone return a phone call. Theyll get you moved in quickly, to take your money, then its all down hill from there.
