This place is a severe joke people in the office have a sick sense of humanity and rules that they wouldn't want to live by. Community being run by tyrants look elsewhere to rent they are not good to rent from.

The whole process of applying was very uncoordinated I had to initiate most of the communication but after getting everything turned in and getting approved and confirming everything was fine for me to move in I terminated my lease on my current place. From the beginning they knew I was on maternity leave and no one said this would be an issue with the process. A week before I am set to move in they ask for new check stubs which I dont have do to leave so I submit the last one and proof of short term disability now the income isnt enough and they cant move forward. Now I am stuck with no where to go for me and my family and a week to figure something out when this could have been communicated a month ago when I applied because I made sure they knew I was on leave. This is the worst experience I have had trying to get a rental place and Im very disappointed because the community itself was nice and we were really looking forward to our move.

this is the most god awful place to live.....people park on their lawns, trash in their yards, kids with no parents around, they play favorites when it comes to tenants, can't use amenities because of covid and yet lot rent stays the same, if you are thinking about moving here please don't, you will regret your decision..

Unless you love being constantly harassed go somewhere else.

We have lived here for 5 years paid rent on time... first of all rent is way to high... their are skunks every where! They dont take care of them the expect the people to handle it so really why am I paying so much for rent when we have to take care of everything get ride of the garbage place and give everyone their own trash can... Im not happy with the way they treated me on the phone today

Very clean very peaceful and very polite and honest people that live in the park and most of all run Park very respectful.
