Extremely old buildings and amenities that are not worth over $700 a month. Metal, rusty, chipping cabinets that seem to just have a new coat of paint slapped over it for each new tenant. Dirty laundry room that seems like it never gets cleaned. Shoddy maintenance that left me without heat or air for over 6 months, throughout the winter. Leaking below the kitchen sink with rotted wood that's been there for who knows how long. Landlords couldn't have cared less about the effect this pandemic has had on their tenants. Nice to your face but at the end of the day they don't care. I specifically asked the landlords if they wanted me to fill two holes from lag bolts used to mount a tv and they said it wasn't necessary. Yet I am being charged for those repairs and others that were already existing. As well as 40 dollars to replace drip pans on the oven which would cost 10 to 15 bucks for a set of 4. Overall, save your time and money. There are numerous other apartments and rentals all throughout Mt. Pleasant that are the same price or slightly more expensive that are actually worth your money. Don't throw away $700+ to live in an old barely holding together overpriced complex.

I lived here from 2012-2014 I absolutely loved it here. Apartments are roomy and full of natural light! The staff was amazing and made moving in and out a breeze, no hidden fees and they are pet friendly!

The apartments are super roomy. Lots of closet and storage space. Rent wasn't expensive, but they're a bit older, than the new more expensive complexes. Included most utilities, which was nice. Office staff were great. Really nice. Maintenance had to fix a couple things, and came and took care of it quickly. Biggest like is location. Close to campus so I could walk or ride my bike and not have to pay for a parking pass.

Never come here!! They have bed bugs and the staff is rude and unprofessional.
