Called to make an appt. Appt. Made with manager and was scheduled to see the apt at 2:30pm the next day. However, before being permitted to see the apt., I was told I needed to read, understand and agree to their requirements before viewing and applying for apt. She then texted the information to me. I was driving and could not read the info right then, but I texted back and explained that as soon as I get home, I would read the info. Before I could get home the staff person texted me again and said because I had not read the info and agreed to the requirements, I would not be allowed to apply for the apt., and she canceled the appt. .If there was a timeframe involved in my response, I wasn't made aware of it. I was DRIVING, and could not stop right then to read the information. However, I just thanked her for her time and said I would continue my search elsewhere. I thought she was very rude and very unprofessional. If this is a sample of what life would be like dealing with the management office, I really wouldn't want to live there.
