What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Monroe

It's a beach area. Restaurants are with in a 2 miles. Kroger is in walking distance. Country view. We like going to the community park down the street, they always have little concerts or car shows, bar b q contest going on

A river flowing in my backyard. Camping grounds down the road just past a couple of farms. No stop lights or heavy traffic. A small town nearby for shopping and dining.

I live that my neighborhood is quiet because it's filled with a lot of older people. I love taking walks because the area is filled with lots of historical houses.

They have a lot of hidden gems within this mostly farmed area. I live near everything so mostly essentials are in walking distance.

It is easy to walk around if you are close to downtown. There are walking trails and lots of golf courses.
