President Madison Apartments are in a great location. Near several shopping plazas, mall and restaurants. Community is friendly. Grounds are well kept and any maintenance issues are fixed within 24 hrs. Management are friendly and helpful.

I have lived here for two years now and felt safe and place is in a good location. Has only have one problem with getting a door fix which has taken a surprisingly long time to do so.

I love my apartment! It is very roomy & comfortable. I have found both management & maintenance staff to be extremely responsive & professional! I plan on making President Madison Apartments my home for as long as I can!

There were a lot of negative reviews about this place but I fell in love with the place anyway. Office & maintenance personnel have been friendly, responsive & professional! I love my apartment!

President Madison is a hidden jewel of a community. Nestled just off the main roads however still conveniently accessible to I75, movie theaters, food and shopping areas. Management and maintenance team are the best. Im happy they have 24 hour maintenance and the office is open for everyones convenience 7 days a week. Definitely would recommend this community, great place to call home!
