at move in BOTH Front doors would no close right Maintenance came over 3 times never got fixed right. Outside contractor came over fixed back door after 5 months it is now 7 months ( asking about it every month) and front door you can still see out side light through it due to it not closing ( guess I will heat the outside this winter like I had to cool the outside all summer..so much for a NEW home so much for keeping to yourself and paying your rent on time (3 weeks early ) all the time.
it is a very nice place to live, and everybody is very friendly in the office!
Just moved in in February and we love it! The community seems very nice!! Also, everyone in the office has been wonderful as well! I like that everything you might need is just within a few miles of my home! Also, I like that I am in my own house! Definitely better than an apartment or town home!!!
The area is nice and quiet. The location is decent there was a lot that went wrong/was not done before move-in that should have been. The yard is a muddy mess and the neighbors continue to park their vehicles in the empty lot next door and contibue to tear the yard up making it an even muddier mess.
