Camelot Villa

The management at Camelot Villa has treated us well and taken care of us.

Don't do it after dark you're on your own the Office don't answer the phone. They have no after Hours your neighbors will park in your parking spot and talk crazy to you. You won't even have nowhere to park your car and we have a lot of people on drugs. You go to the rent office and you tell them what's going on and they say. OK we'll handle it yet. These people still live here across the street and on each side of you yes totally disrespectful.

My sister lives here and they are telling her they will not renew her lease and everybody knows that its hard to find a place, her and her children will be homeless because they sent the letter literally a day ago and her lease is up in March, I have hired her an attorney because its been so may reports and notices about the property along with recording of maintenance tell her not to use a stove because it leaks gas smell when the oven is on, my sister cried because the new manager Kelly is horrible, i got the recording from my sister and maintenance told her not to use her over and not to call the fire department due to the gas leak because of violations they would face, she hasnt used her over since thanksgiving she comes to my home and use the oven, i hired her and attorney and my niece fell off the porch because of the weak wood banister that broke while holding it, we have several videos and recordings and it will be played for the courts and attorney. They literally know its hard to find housing and now is telling my sister and her kids to leave, but the lawyer said she has a good case with all the evidence she has already, dont live here

Service is horrible and staff is deceitful they promise you an apartment just to get your money for an application! They should b closed down for lying! Dont ever try to rent there they are very dishonest & they joke around & dont refund application fee!

Vandalism yards being cut through. Disrespectful kids loud music. Speeding running stop signs if you like these things this is the place for you!

at move in BOTH Front doors would no close right Maintenance came over 3 times never got fixed right. Outside contractor came over fixed back door after 5 months it is now 7 months ( asking about it every month) and front door you can still see out side light through it due to it not closing ( guess I will heat the outside this winter like I had to cool the outside all summer..so much for a NEW home so much for keeping to yourself and paying your rent on time (3 weeks early ) all the time.
