I lived here for almost 10 years and have seen management come and go. I'm trying to give this new one a chance but so far I'm disappointed. I've requested over 4 times to have my carpets changed, and curtains repaired (because they were never installed correctly in the first place) I called and spoke to emergency maintenance on 03/10/24 at 6:19 PM to fix a leak coming from the ceiling in the master bathroom. Nobody ever showed up. I contacted the office numerous times and nobody returned my call, I then resent the maintenance request to Devonshire's email (with pictures and videos of the repairs needed) at 1 PM on 03/18/24. I have nails sticking out of the flooring in the kitchen and carpet in my living room. It is now 04/08/24, and none of the repairs that I have requested have been made. I will keep updating this review over time.

I have lived here for less than 6 months and I am very pleased with management and maintenance yes this apartment complex was built in the early 70s and has not been kept up like it could have been but for as old as it is they're still doing a pretty good job of maintaining it. Every time I have called maintenance which is only been twice they show up the same day and last time within a matter of hours to correct the problem!!! The rent is only $775 and that includes your gas, water and trash pickup along with sewer not bad therefore you can forgive the peeling paint of the outside and the sidewalks that need to be replaced and the tennis court which has not been kept up.

First of all let me point out that it was built 48 years ago and it shows. But they have done their best from what I can see to maintain it. The staff have been very friendly and professional. I moved in almost 3 months ago and only have had one issue with my bathroom shower handle of which they had a plumber at my door within 12 hours of my notification of a problem. The parking lot had multiple potholes when I first moved in but within two weeks of living here they had it professionally resurfaced and repaired where needed!!! They have two large dog relief areas with multiple dog stations where dog bags are provided and trash containers are empty daily. They keep the laundry areas vacuumed and the trash cans emptied.The grounds surrounding the apartment complex are maintained daily however with the age of the complex there is chipping paint on some buildings fascia and sidewalks that need to be repaired or replaced!!!! I have rented a one bedroom one bath that has 662 square feet and for the price that I paid I am satisfied living here for as long as I can!!!!!

Worst place Ive ever lived. The people above me and their dogs are so annoying. The dogs are so rambunctious a picture fell off my wall. When I complained the last time they said I could move into another unit! Why should I when the others are breaking rules of lease. Took more than 4 months to fix dryer in my bldg. pool closed the last two summers. No place to park in lots. Very little upkeep or upgrades for bldgs built in the 1970s. Counting the days till I turn in my keys

Complex was bought by an out-of-state management company that does the bare minimum. The office ladies are amazing and do the best they can to help. The parking lot is completely destroyed by huge potholes, the tennis court is crumbling, the outside of buildings are falling apart, coin washer/dryers rarely work, but the company wont fix any of it or respond to contact attempts inquiring about repairs. Look elsewhere before settling for this complex.
