Capital Manor Apartments

We showed up from out of state and immediately were taken aback by the facility. We were open minded paid the rent, got the keys, and started to move in. However, based on the condition of the apartment and the existing tenants decided to leave that day. The pictures only represent the best possible day for the building. Room pics are not a representation of what they look like. Honestly, the stair well and hallway were reminiscent of drug houses in a movie. The property is misrepresented on line and the staff were not forthcoming to a resident moving from out of state for work. The apartment was not described as low rent on the site we found it but it is low rent in location and existing residents. The security doors were left unlocked in the back and I would not be outside after dark if you want to be safe.

I do not live here nor do I plan to live here. They advertise that they are low income but $600.-$700. is not low income

Highly recommend finding another place to live. ROCO Management doesnt take direct control over their properties so the property manager basically has free rain. The apartment turnover procedure is lacking. They barely clean the apartments before move in and dont complete work as promised. Maintenance staff is pretty decent, but most fixes tend to be quick and cheap. Make sure you read over your lease agreement thoroughly because its all in the details. You may be better off paying more in rent at a place that includes utilities, sewage, and trash disposal as they tend to be a little expensive for this property.

Yes just the right price for me and my family. I like the fact that it is pet friendly and looks nice.
