The best and most responsive maintenance and repair team!
Just signed our 3rd lease with Oak Park Village. We are very happy here. Oak Park Village is quite, clean and conveniently located for shopping, restaurants, etc. The staff at Oak Park Village is always courteous, friendly and willing to find a solution to any question you might have. Our experience here is that the staff is willing to go the extra mile to make it a convenient and pleasant place to live.
Under new management! Previous reviews we're not great. I liked the new changes, but the waiting list for what I'm looking for may be lengthy. Cost for rental property a bit high, not convenienced ti is worth it as of yet.
The staff is always friendly, no matter if it is a call to the front office or a maintenance visit. I have never had a problem with anything major, but even minor problems are handled within a day. I have never been happier with a rental, the townhouse is spacious, with ample storage and a quiet neighborhood.
The services are good, and the apartments are clean and fairly quiet. So far we have had a very good experience here.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
