Definitely did NOT live up to the "upscale living" moto that they so proudly display everywhere. We recently moved out and while the living experience was ok, some of the amenities were subpar at best. The washer and dryer were junk. The washer was so loud and constantly went off balance and nothing was done when we complained about it. The pool itself was great but most of the chairs were broken, hot tub was dirty and run down. Our biggest complaint while living here was the dust. We couldn't figure out why as it's a fairly new complex; however, the amount of dust that came through the vents was not only disgusting but also quite sure a definite health hazard. The dust even permanently ruined some of our belongings. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone especially at their price pointe. We were disappointed and couldn't wait to move out. We lived here for 1 year. I'm sure at the price they charge you could find something much better.

We were super serious potential renters until we went for a tour. We met all the rental requirements of income and age, granted we are on the younger side we were met with an unfriendly agent. My partner felt and both felt very uncomfortable walking around during the tour as the agent seemed rude and had better things to do. Didnt seem our business was wanted as a young couple.

When I first toured my unit, Lisa told me the carpets had been freshly shampooed and marks in the carpet reinforced that statement. So when I moved in, I treated the carpets as clean dropping all of my possessions on the carpet and even sleeping on the living room floor my first night. However, the next day I decided to use my run of the mill upright vacuum after noticing some carpet stains. I was shocked how much dirt was collected and ended up vacuuming the entire place. Despite shoes having never been worn inside and starting with a clean empty vacuum canister, I collected half of a gallon size bag worth of dirt. Obviously, the carpet cleaning crew did little more than drag their wand through the carpet leaving marks. The stains bothered me so I purchased a black light to understand what I was dealing with. It was like a crime scene. Absolutely disgusting. A dozen large stains and hundreds of smaller ones all over the place. Based on their size, location, shape, etc. it was pretty obvious to me most were pet urine. So now I was stuck with all of my possessions in an apartment with a sickening carpet and a lease with an early termination fee that ensures I cant leave. The situation made me feel ill. I contacted Lisa and explained what I had found. She was sympathetic but ultimately helpless. A matter like this had to go through Gayle her boss and the head of maintenance. Eventually I got the two of them to come over so I could show them what I discovered. I was confident the overwhelming evidence combined with the promise of Luxury Living would cause them to make this right. Boy was I wrong. Gayle was downright rude and condescending throughout the conversation. She essentially said all of her years of pet experience allowed her to see this was perfectly normal and I was being unreasonable. To her the 5 year old carpet were perfectly fine and had years more to give. They left with me completely unsatisfied.

When I moved out I was charged for ozone machine rental, and when I contacted them they had no clue what it was. It seems like a scam to not give your security deposit back.

We moved in two weeks ago. It has been a great experience so far. The leasing agent lisa was very professional. Our town home is very luxurious. It has two full baths, granite counters and a fire place. It has a great layout with lots of storage and a two car garage. The only disappointment was the carpet. It is very worn out with many stains and a couple of burn holes. It definitely dose not go with the quality of the rest of the home. We are hopeful the management company will approve our request for the carpet to be replaced and make this a 5 star review.
