Unprofessional staff. Contradictories are constant. Customer unfriendly. I was told I would receive hold money except $30 application fee if I couldnt have an earlier move in date but when I never received call as promised for rush move-in information, I put money down on another apartment. I did not even find out I was accepted until I called to cancel. When I asked for the refundable amount, I was told thats what happens when you speak to more than one person. Really?! Thanks Coopers Landings for the lesson.
The amount they charge for rent is very high. The maintenance people are very slow to fix a problem unless it's an emergency. They do not plow parking lots in the winter, just the driveways. I have had to walk in snow 18 inches deep to get to my garage at the other end of the parking lot. They do not respond to complaints. Neighbors above me making so much noise and running that pictures and a shadow box have fallen off the walls. They do not give a grace period for rent. Not paid on the first late fees. I've lived here 4 yrs and my rent is so high I cant save money to buy a home. They raise the rent every year but do not give anything more. $900 a month for 800 sq ft is ridiculous! Dont not come here unless you have lots of money to throw away.

Honestly, stay away. Unless you have no other option. This is full of money grabs, they do not offer rent pay over the internet, will charge 30$ for checking issues, (they said sloppy writing was misspelled but still cashed it?) and they will never give your deposit back. Land-Co properties are notorious for keeping all of your deposits and refusing to fix their maintenance problems. I have had a mold problem in my bathroom for three years, every time I ask for help they just spray bleach and refused to paint, if they even show up to look.
It's beautiful and everything looks perfectly fine , you get a garage detached or attached . It's perfect for us but it's all in what you prefer and how much you want to spend .
