I came in look to get an apartment and the gal Melissa whom helped me was not friendly what so ever. I was a previous tenant for over 5 years previous to newly want to become a tenant. 1st when I ask about my dog she replied-we dont accept that breed so you will have to get rid of her. She had no compassion. Then I was told I dont make enough which ok i understand. So i asked if i made enough for the 2 bedroom with loft and she flips her paper and says-you would barely make it. She didnt run the numbers nor try to see what other options I had. I was looking to move in immediately but then decided not to move there due to her being so rude and non helpful. I loved the apartment set up and the amount of space but was very disappointed when I felt so unwelcomed.
I have lived here for a long time. I have had a few issues that I have let go but this year has been by far the worst. I went over a month with a broken dryer due to a clerical error when I called to submit a maintenance request. Plus almost everything in my unit has had to be replaced. These were very poorly constructed. I recently had an encounter with the current office manger who is a very nasty person.
Everyone is so friendly, my dog loves it and the dog park. Reasonable pricing glad of my choice.

Unprofessional staff. Contradictories are constant. Customer unfriendly. I was told I would receive hold money except $30 application fee if I couldnt have an earlier move in date but when I never received call as promised for rush move-in information, I put money down on another apartment. I did not even find out I was accepted until I called to cancel. When I asked for the refundable amount, I was told thats what happens when you speak to more than one person. Really?! Thanks Coopers Landings for the lesson.
