I love my apartment. It is bright and pleasant. The staff is warm and friendly and very professional. The maintenance crew is hard working, pleasant and conscientious.
I have mold in the ceiling and walls.. my daughter has cystic fibrosis and has lost 13% of her lung function in the 10 months we've lived here! Moving as fast as I can
I would give them 0 stars if that was an option due to completely rude and unprofessional management staff alone. The area is good but the apartments have paper thin walls and parking is an absolute nightmare. The maintenance staff was good and prompt most of the time. The women in the management office seem nice up front but then they quickly turn into rude inconsiderate people once you move in. Terrible.
They nickel and dime you for every little thing they can, and it's not worth it to have to pay for everything they offer, carports, pets fee, washer and dryer you rent and whatever else you can think of. Not that nice of an apartment to pay close to 1000 a month.
I have teenagers above me that are rude and loud, throw all their cigarette butts in the yard along with candy wrappers to plastic cups. Their dog pees on the deck which comes down to my porch...while I am sitting on the porch. I see drug deals every weekend in the parking lot....and MANY people going in and out 24/7. I have complained, but am told i have to write a letter to the main facility. I do not want any trouble with them, so I don't want to risk writing.
