I've been waiting for 14 months for repairs. The shingles are falling off. Only 1 plug per outlet in the kitchen is useful or you blow all the circuits. The office ignores all messages and letters regarding anything that may cost a dime . Run down and falling apart. Refuse to open pool. Don't waste your money there are better places than here.
I have lived in the glens going on 2 years and they have changed the leasing office manger once since I have been here. April the new leasing office agent does not do her job properly and clearly is half done and management/ corporate cleans up the work she didnt do. My lease was not properly updated for 120 days and i was left with a balance on my rent. Cindy Harmony, Sarah, and April were very useless when they should have fixed the error on their part. This company is money hungry and the apartment is outdated.
Horrible management from the leasing office all the way up to the the corporate office. The management office is trying to hold my girlfriend accountable for an error on the leasing office behalf. Even after speaking with the corporate office, theyre saying that amber which is her landlord made an human error and forgot to input the lease into the system. Which made the rental portal system assume she were month to month, and also kept her monthly rent at the same rate as the previous year instead of raising it $20.120 days later corporate have entered the new lease she signed back in February into the system. So now there is multiple charges on her end that she MUST PAY DUE TO THE LACK OF DOING THEIR JOB!
