Very happy here all around pretty good

Horrible I been living here for 2 years im counting down the days till my lease is up the hallways are very dirty they have ROACHES the matenence will just walk in ur house no notice the front office don't answer the phone the lobby door do not close its only 1 lock on the door walls very thin someone breaking into cars :) don't fill out a application find another !!!!! purr

Very slow on repairs and upkeep. Hall's are very dirty. Laundry machines are nearly always broken. Was disappointed in condition of apartment at move in. The carpet stained and repairs I've been waiting nearly 2 years for. The staff is super friendly just not efficient.

Ive been here 3 years so far and its not bad but please stop raising the lease $50 every single year. Youre going to push me to just leave as well as other residents. Youve havent kept it the same any year.

Very affordable for first time renters, however the apartments are very outdated and can use some upgrades. Rent increases every lease renewals but no upgrades come with those up charges. The Glens can do better with snow removal and salting walkways and parking lots.

Been here since March and it's the perfect area. Conveniently located with stores all around and we're 5 minutes from the beach! Office management is great, they always come and fix any problems I have right away. The rent is cheap and my neighbors are pretty chill. I love it here!

I have been apartment hunting for my son. I have been to so many offices and my experience has not always been pleasant. I stopped by here and I was truly impressed with the manager. I had a bunch of questions and she was so patience with me. She even helped me start application process online.

I have a friend who lives here. The apartments are nice for a starter family.

my move in was canceled on OCTOBER 22 and I STILL haven't received my refund?
