Prentiss Pointe has been my very first apartment living experience and I couldn't have asked for any thing better. I decided on an apartment or condo because I no longer needed all the space of the large home I had. For me the staff have been incrediable. I haven't had many issues to address during my 7+ years here, but whatever they were, no matter how small or large, they were professional, courteous and efficient in addressing them

I love the new staff in the office; all of the turnover has been for the better. Everyone I interact with now couldn't be nicer. Maintenance & housekeeping are wonderful, and now that the pool is closed, I'm enjoying the peaceful enjoyment I pay to have in this beautiful community. The only reason I did not give an excellent rating is because I want to see a lot of changes in the community areas when the pool re-opens. The fitness room also needs updating very badly.
