Lake Forest Apartments

This is a great family oriented place with a friendly staff. They have two different pools and a playground for the kids to play at.

Very quiet and convenient location

So thankful to have such a beautiful apartment at such a convenient location! Perfect set up for my son and I! The porch has been so amazing to view the change in seasons. Moving can be stressful BUT this place made my move easy as pie :) Definitely recommend all my friends to check this place out! Thank you Lake Forest for making me feel so at home :)

I love my home. Why do I call it a home? Because a home to me is, me knowing most of my neighbors, or having coffee every morning with the little old lady next door, or the staff having personal interest in making you happy and safe, or its the beautiful pools we have, did you see I said POOLS! YEAH TWO POOLS AND A LAKE! Now I'm sorry but for the price I pay for this cute place and all the amenities you CANNOT find anywhere else, TRY ME??? Not only that but its clean, we can have dogs, we have a newsletter where we play games on the Facebook website to win cool stuff. I never did that anywhere else. They are updated and modern units. Oh did I forget to add CLEAN AND CUTE in there? This is my home. I can pay online, I can go kayaking, I can swim in pool, I can win stuff off there website, and the rent is very reasonable. Especially for the HUGE CLOSETS, any girl would go GAGA over these closets. Let's not forget about the huge rooms either. The two bedroom here looks like a condo! I know I'm forgetting hundreds of reasons why I love my little secret tucked in community but I love it here and I just want others to know. Julie

Just moved in 3 weeks ago. Had no choice but to live here as had job starting. Rent is OUTRAGEOUS!!! The apartments are old and are not updated. Many of the things do not work or are in bad shape ie garbage disposal, faucet in bathtub, lock broken on sliding door, refrigerator/freezer, doors have chunks of the wood missing, metal doors in bathroom and bedrooms are rusty, some of the drawers don't open in kitchen because of other doors in the way. But back to fridge/freezer when I reported that freezer didn't work right as my ice cream was like soft serve or worse I was told that it was an apartment fridge/freezer and basically should't expect anything better. Well on the weekend when it decided to not freeze anything I did get one that worked later in the day. But that doesn't help me replace my groceries that I which I was told they don't replace groceries...I'm counting on the maintenance man to come through with a gift card as gluten free food isn't cheap nor is meat! There are 2 pools here and that's a good thing as they don't keep up on maintenance on them as one pool is TOTALLY GREEN!! When you put in orders for things to get fixed, don't be surprised if it takes a couple weeks for anyone to show up and don't be surprised that they will tell you that they are taking care of "emergencies" such as floods first...I'm getting scared about all of the "floods" as that's the excuse I hear all the time. SOME of the staff are nice others not so, the one maintenance man that cares is moving to another complex. Carports are NOT included here nor are microwaves. The "lake" well call it a slough that about all you catch in it is seaweed. They do allow dogs, but although it's the law, very few people pick up after their pets so you have to watch where you walk. For the most part is is quiet here except for if you live on the bottom be prepared to hear a heard of elephants above you...The cons far outweigh the you can find somewhere else to live do it.
