Autumn Ridge Apartments

Autumn Ridge is a great place to live! Im loving the one bedroom. Its got tons of storage, the floor plan is well thought out. Most importantly, the staff is phenomenal! They truly care about the tenants and care for the property as if it were their own. Im loving it here!

It was not to price that was list and was not offered a tour.

Service was good and professional. Good information about the community at large.

I'm a new resident here, but everything is clean,, and in working order. The office is extremely helpful and handle repeated questions patiently and professionally. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. Meijer is within walking distance too. Pleasant homey atmosphere.

Hello Staff at Autumn Ridge,Dan Hartzell here from 3912 #2E ,I just want to start by saying that my wife Sylvia and myself and our cat Wonderer have been here as residents for about 2years coming as of March 2023,since living here we feel so welcomed and really feel part of the Autumn Ridge Family. During our time here everyone in the office really have made us feel welcomed and wanted ,there were times that we were late with rent due to financial difficulties and we let you know in the office that we would have rent within the week after rent and you all assured us that it would be ok and you gave us ways to see about help with rent,you a didn't and wouldn't give up on us,and Sylvia and I really love and appreciate you all so much ,it is great to live somewhere where people appreciate and are willing to help if needed.This is our home and you all are like family to us and we couldn't ask for for great and awesome staff as you all are to us.I would definitely recommend Autumn Ridge apartments to any of my friends or acquaintances and tell them this is a great place to live and you all are the best staff around and that they would love it here if they were looking for a place to live. I have had no issues living here at all! Everyone is super nice in the office, very helpful! I get a call back promptly with any concerns or questions I may have had. Apartments are on the small size, but for me absolutely perfect after a few storage ideas! I just signed up for another year! :)
