Its a nice place. But dont plan on renting for more than 1-2 years. They force you to buy or move out.
The community is pretty nice. I'm enjoying my home and all its ammunities. The only thing I could care for is that they aren't flexible on the date of rent being due. So that meant I only got half of the move in special.
Have only been a resident less than two months and can't give a better assessment at this time.
Our home has many things that could be fixed. I reported to the office and the maintenance called me. I was told people typically don't use these things, so there was no need to fix them. Microwave was broken for over 60 days. Office told me that they ordered a new one. Then, I got a call from the company that fixes it to schedule the third time to come out and work on it. No problem- but I looked stupid when she spent 10 minutes looking for an order. Why lie? Office gals can be rude.
