What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Garden City

Close to bus stop for public transportation. Close to convince store and some restaurants plus pharmacy near by if I need to get there quickly

I grew up here so I'm familiar with the area. A local sponsored my softball teams and bowling teams. My church was founded heree

Friendly neighbors. Mixture of different kinds of people. Less noisy dogs in backyards. The nearby park is extremely close and has nice walking paths and events

I would like more coffee shops but it is a very nice quiet place to live with my little family. It's not very busy so that's even better in my opinion

In our gated area we had a guard and it is clean and beautifull. Everyone is older and it is a very friendly area

Our 4th Avenue display a lot of fine Mexican restaurants. We are part of old Town and the rent is affordable. I like my neighbors and we look out for each other.
