    Maintenance is useless none of my orders have truly been resolved, our building is filthy as no one comes to clean it, rent keeps rising with new add ons and yet no value is being added for residents. Pay more and get less, that's what you can expect if you move here.

    Recently under new management, the rules changed so that no internet/tv dishes or personal items are allowed on the patio. You are allowed patio furniture and well kept plants and thats it. Not to mention that removing the dish you are no longer allowed to have will cost you $150. Lots of people's kids had toys on the porch. Because they are KIDS. They used to look lived in, like family's lived here. Now for the sake of impressing potential renters all our porches look vacated and bare. It's beyond me why such arbitrary rules would be applied except for pure greed. Our new management wants to impress people thinking about moving in, which puts more money in their pocket. But in doing so they are ignoring the people who already live here. Why am I paying rent for a patio my kids can't have outdoor toys on? Why am I paying rent for a space that I can't decide (within reason, you know like toys and tv dishes) what to fill it with? Can I have personal items in my bathroom? How about my kitchen is that okay? If I wanted to live under selfish, ridiculous rules again I'd move back in with my parents. At least then I wouldn't be PAYING to be treated like a child.

    As the manager of the community, we want every single one of our residents to be proud to call The Villas their home. We want the community to look nice for both current and future residents. Some patios/balconies were cluttered with items like luggage, trash, workout equipment, gas/charcoal grills, etc. Some were simply unsanitary and unsafe and they had to be addressed.     I absolutely love the 3 bedroom townhome I've recently moved into! The basement for extra storage and the washer/dryer hookup is something I'll never be able to live without again. It's great not to have to pay for a storage garage anymore! Maintenance is also fabulous!

    It's like going to the movies and watching how the girl wanted to talk and could speak, the office like it one way then the neighbors totally different
