    I love my apartment and the complex as a whole. I am near many restaurants and businesses. It's quiet and clean. The complex manager is always available and quick about repairs. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone moving into the area.

    I meet with the current manager as I will be move to Fenton, MI, from a neighboring State. He was so nice and helpful. He explained the apartment policies and floor plans. The apartments are clean and quiet. He was able to provide me with pertinent information about the Fenton area. I can't wait for an opening so that I can move in to LaFonda Apartment.

    This apartment complex is a quiet community close to Downtown Fenton. The apartment complex is well maintained. Our landlord is professional. If any repairs are needed our landlord is on it right away. I love calling this my home I recommend anyone to call this apartment complex your home too.
