Cider Mill Crossings

I lived there for about 8 yrs., 2012-2020. If I could have moved sooner, I would have. I was required to pay 6 months rent in advance & then was never late with rent payment ever. Still, I was treated with disrespect. I had 2 incidents of theft to my vehicles while parked at the clubhouse & mgmt didn't seem the least concerned. The water has always been terrible & over priced. The petty violations they site are ridiculous- demanding my 80 yr old mother park blocks away at the clubhouse instead of squeezing onto driveway or parking in the street in front of my place. Mgmt just badgers residents. I know of at least 2, probably more, employees that quit bc they were fed up with the way upper management expected them to mistreat residents. The staff that remained when I left were unprofessional, rude & incredibly disrespectful. Many neighbors moved before I could, they had enough. From what I've heard nothing has changed. Find someplace else if you can. Stay away from any Sun Communities properties! Certainly don't BUY a place there. From what I've read they even give home owners a hard time if/when they go to sell the place. Beware!!!

Terrible management, constantly giving out violations and expecting resolution but when you need help or something repaired you can never get assistance or a call back. The gym was supposed to reopen and still hasn't and nobody knows anything. I would never recommend to anyone to move in to this community.

No one is ever there I have no idea how they ever get anyone there I couldnt even get them to answer their phones so cant imagine living there

Poor reviews are true, office staff leaves a lot to be desired and water is an issue. We have waited on gutters to be installed for 7 months; water running outside from the roof is causing problems inside. Rent is expensive compared to what you are getting; cold air seeps continually in during the winter.The positive is the pool in the summer.

Wrote me a violation for having a sign with our presidents name on it. Safe to say what kind of people run this place. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

Horrible management. Water and sewer expensive and ruins everything, clothes, appliances, showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, smells disgusting, maintenance very slow to respond, staff is rude, unfriendly, not at all accommodating or professional. Id give it negative thumbs down if there were that option.
