Because everyone there really looks after me. I have lived there about 12 years. The maintenance dept is wonderful and so is the manager.
I gave Polo Club the rating of good for several reasons. I love living here. It is quiet, neat in appearance, and the response for maintenance help, is fast and usually accurate in solving the problem. The complex is near to everything I need, including medical care. I look out my patio door and see wide open spaces with greenery and occassionally deer and ducks. It fits my financial budget, which is very important to me.

We have lived in forever and have had consistent response for whatever we need for the apartment be it a maintenance request or a needed upgrade to our AGING apartment. There was only one crew that were almost intolerable several years ago, but they were gone in a few months.
They are willing to accommodate requests for updating facilities when re-leasing for the next year. The maintenance staff respond promptly when a problem is reported.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
