DO NOT MOVE HERE! I was a resident here from 2020-2024 after my divorce. This property has changed ownership 3 times while I resided here. The hidden fees ARE REAL, they nickel and dime you for everything! YOUR RENT WILL GO UP HUNDREDS per year all while they advertise online hundreds of dollars less to move in. I looked up my apartment today and you can rent a Lincoln-Premium starting at $959.00 per month for a 718 sq.ft and my last rent payment (Feb 28, 2024) was $1,525.54 for a Lincoln-Premium. They charge you a cleaning fee "communal space" monthly and they cleaned once every 3 months? If you want to go to the "updated gym" after leasing business hours you have to pay for a key fob ($50.00). No hot water or no water at all. Garbage dumpsters always full (you also pay for that) so garbage is all over the property. Online rent convenience fee ($6.95) or $1.95 if you pay by check. Pool is closed ALL THE TIME. Electric is charged in "Utilities" but you also pay DTE separately? Smells like weed everywhere (property had to post signs inside buildings to not) and I actually watched a girl key a guy's car in my parking lot once. Police are on the property arresting someone all the time. PLEASE read the reviews and save your $, find somewhere else to live. Oh, and don't get me started on the dog crap EVERYWHERE outside!!

Honestly, before I moved into this place I had already signed the lease and everything before I noticed the reviews and all the bad things everybody had to say. It made me REALLY nervous especially on move in day. however, it has been a month now, and I can say this has been a great experience for a first apartment. My move-in day went very smooth, I called ahead to let them know I would be coming at my specified time, and when I got there, all I did was hand them the money, and she gave me my keys. I got to the apartment and everything looked exactly how it was supposed to look. There were a couple of things that needed to be fixed, however, I put in a maintenance order the next day and literally that next morning somebody came and fixed it. Every maintenance order Ive ever put in has gotten fixed the next day, no questions asked. That seems like five stars to me. Everything was clean when I got there, Ive had no problems with anybody in the office, everybody answers emails and phone calls. The gym is lovely. The views are lovely, the people are lovely. I dont have anything bad to say yet, and Im hoping I never will. These other reviews are very misleading and maybe it is the way that you treat them, and therefore, they are just reciprocating that energy. Because Ive had nothing but good times here and the people that I know that live here also say the same thing. Also I seen a review on here that says all good things said are generated by bots, but this is not what that is lol. im a real person and this is a good experience for me. also its very close to A LOT of things to do. no negatives for me

1.8 stars seems way too high of a rating for this place. Live literally anywhere else, you'll be happy you did. Terrible place to live

Unless you feel like dealing with the most ignorant place on earth, do not. So many hidden fee's, maintenence that doesn't do anything and they don't help with ANYTHING. Terrible terrible terrible. Wish we never spent a day in this place!

A literal deal with the devil may be a better financial decision than giving JRK Realty free reign to legally steal from you month after month. Dont believe me? Google JRK Property Class Action Lawsuit(s). Theres a reason their CEO wont show his face on their website. Your bills will NEVER add up. God forbid you have ANY maintenance issue because they will not come. i have NEVER received a call back from anytime I had an issue. Any 5 Star reviews after 2019 ARE PAID FOR ON BOT ACCOUNTS to keep their previous 2.5 star rating. DO NOT LIVE HERE!! It was once a wonderful complex until JRK Property Holdings took over. If you like burning money & being treated like a sub human profit margin then this is the complex for you.
