I really want to like this apartment complex but Ive been dealing with an issue of rodents in the ceiling of my bedroom for almost a month now. Its affecting my sleep since I hear scratching and tearing of materials in the walls all night. Ive called the front office and they havent been much help, and they even gave me the number to the person they have for pest control (as if its my job to take care of the issue myself) and he hasnt helped at all. If anything its gotten worse. Im tired of losing sleep while paying a large amount for this apartment and they wont help with the rodents in the ceiling. Highly dissatisfied.

I have stayed here two years and have enjoyed my stay with no issues that wasnt addressed. The staff was on point and friendly.

Day to day the experience was very good. There was a nice setting that made the outdoors great. Day to Day maintenance was good. BUT when it snowed out snow removal was dismal. Often they piled the snow on our sidewalks and it took them 3-4 days to clean it off. Hard to climb piles of snow to get to my apartment. The outsides of the units are deteriorating rapidly- wood is rotting and concrete is buckling. they do nothing. I havent been a resident in 7 months and they keep sending me emails. I think the office staff is clueless.
