More than just new student housing, 1855 Place is sure to quickly become one of the MSU community?s favorite on-campus destinations. Housing and newly constructed event parking debuted fall 2016. Fall 2017 sees the opening of on-site community spaces and retail and grocery venues as well as newly developed on-campus townhouse- and apartment-style housing perfect for students searching for a little more independence while staying connected to the benefits of living on campus. 1855 Place positions Spartans just steps away from the action of campus life while offering numerous on-site amenities. Living at 1855 Place, students will enjoy the action of campus life, including classes, dining, and events at the Breslin and Kellogg centers.
