This property is in a bad neighborhood in Detroit I would not want to live here there is a bus stop close by but there are no walking distance anything there are some condemned building is right down the street subdivision nearby is very ran down I would not want to live in this neighborhood the property however was decent shape it's just one or two buildings I think now on my there's no swimming pool there's no nothing but a gated small parking lot for the building that I surveyed but I would not ever want to live here if I had to

I would not live here. The apartment lacks curb appeal and doesn't have many amenities.
