From what I've seen, I like. the only thing missing is the washers and dryers inside the apartments. Nothing is available for us at this time, we will be informed at a later date.
i was a potential resident, but was not told in advance, either by agent or publicity materials that it is an income restricted complex, hence i went thru a lot of extra work preparing application that i would not have otherwise done. so i was considerably chagrined, frustrated, and angry about the whole experience.
Take your money and run. This place is horrible! If u like peace and quiet, don't move here. It's kidsssssssssss everywhere. If u want great a amenities, don't move here. If u want everything in your apartment to work, don't move here. If u want the gate to work in a gated community, don't move here. I cannot wait to move. The rent is not 700. It's 813 they dont even have a gym or club house. My car was stolen out the parking lot. Of this gated community. Oh thats cuz the gate never works
If the lights go out. U will not be getting out. Cuz the gates won't open. Wow!! The inside of the building is so ugly. The carpet looks like it's never been changed, the walls are dirty and scratched up. Look like the never been painted. I always hear this guy beating up his girlfriend in their apartment. Squirrels are everywhere. Ppl that live here will put their garbage, outside the can insted of inside the can y? Oh they put it in the hallway too. Cuz they dont feel like taking it outside!!! I have lived down town detroit for 4 yrs. And this is the worst place ever! This review was written in 2018!!!! Oh yea they don't want u to better yourself either. U can't go to school and live here. But, u can have 5 kids and be as ghetto as u want in these 2 bedroom apartment. Plz look up and down Jefferson, Southgate, Southfield, or Gratiot. U will get a lot more for your money. A piece of mind is worth paying 4. So, plz think before looking to live a PRINCE HALL APARTMENT!!!
They have no security cameras, the gates are always broken..... our cars are always stolen....
