Cherry Hill Village

Horrible apartment complex. They never do anything. They said an exterminator would handle the ants and they never came. They never answer the phone when you call, and there is trash all over outside. If you move here expect to have to pay way more than whats its worth. A disgusting and disgraceful place to live.

As a former resident of Cherry Hill Village Apartment from 2009-2015 ... I have always received excellent service from them. The office staff polite and courteous always made me feel like family... The service whenever needed was excellent and service manager Mr Bob always treated me with respect and courteous. I rate them 5plus stars.

The management has always been professional and friendly including the Maintenance Saff. My service calls response has been excellent. The recent activities planned have been very enjoyable. Most special was paint with a twist and always the pool party. I feel safe and comfortable. Glad to have a grocery store across the street and 7-Eleven next door.

Do not waste your time this place will nickle and dime you to DEATH...for the price you pay you would think it would be some updated bathroom and kitchen faucets and the old counter tops come on Do something... the staff is nice but SNEAKY
