The Harbours

Stayed there for 2 years. Things were fine until they weren't. Clean place, however there was a sharp decline after new neighbors had moved into the third stage buildings. I had constant noise issues the office would refuse to address. Unfriendly, unhelpful, and often underinformed/trained office staff. They know how to take your money and tell you no. Maintenance was rarely helpful and often left messes and boot stains on the carpet. Overly strict rules at the pools as well. They made me send my nephew away because I was past the two person limit even tho there were hardly 5 other people at the pool. Not a question of space. I had been blamed for and nearly charge for feeding and antagonizing the wild life tho it was clearly not me. To top it off, I cleaned and left the apartment in as good a state as could be expected after two years living there, they took my entire security deposit and charged me an additional 1000$ to repaint, re carpet. All this on top of increased rent prices. That's also nothing to say of the shootings and drug dealing that goes on here. Seriously look up the news articles. Unbelievable. Looks nice, horribly ugly once you look closer. One star. Would give less if I could. Very very unsatisfied.

These people trespassed me when I told them I was not interested. Would not recommend.

I love the employees here. My only downside is parking can be hard to come by around Holidays because they do not have assigned parking.

DO NOT RENT HERE. My experience living at the Harbours has gone from bad to worse in the past few weeks. Since moving in, Ive had to deal with bug infestations (especially spiders! sooooo many spiders), cracked plaster in my apartment, and rude staff. In the past couple weeks, Ive had maintenance enter my apartment without permission or notice while I was not home MULTIPLE TIMES, and then was locked out of my apartment for hours after they changed the locks without notice to electronic locks, which malfunctioned and had to be replaced. Living here was a terrible experience and I cannot wait to move out.

I had a maintenance emergency late last night and Terrence was wonderful. He was very polite, took care of the problem and now my washer is fixed and no longer making loud noises! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you to Terrance for resolving my issue!
