Since we've been here we have had such great response from the maintenance department and the girls in the office. The activities are fun and have given us an excellent way to meet our neighbors.The neighborhood is always clean and landscape is beautifully maintained.

It seems like they sent your application just to keep your refund. It should be a law against this happening. Everything they asked for was given, but still denied. I bet if they had to refund your application fee, this kind of foolishness would stop.
