I have lived here for appx. six year all which has been great.The office staff is so accomendating the maintenance staff is always on point and grounds and pool area well taken care of. This community has that old world charm and the apartments are huge with plenty of closet space. I recently asked for new wooded floors and in no time at all I had them installed in the kitchen, dining area and both bathes what more can I ask for I would recommend Country Squire Apt. those looking for great apartment living. I will be here for a while.
Rates keep increasing. The management company doesn't seem to offer incentives for residents to stay here! My apartment hasn't been updated since I moved here, though I spoke to someone about that. I don't feel like a valued patron.
The management transition was pretty rough in the beginning. The payment systems changed as well as the fees and rules of the buildings. I have had to go to the office three times for missed signatures on paperwork and missing paperwork. To be fair, the office staff was very friendly and apologetic. Although my rent went up considerably from last year (over $100 increase), the new owners seem to want to clean up the place and make it better. Its a nice place to live, but is not worth the price.
I have been a resident of Country Squire Apartment Community for approximately Seven years. It was when Paragon Properties took over that we have experience a decline in over-all care in the community. They came in pointing out things that were mismanaged by the previous staff; however, since they have taken over they are the ones that have mismanaged the property.
If you are going to increase rent then at least make some type of improvements so that people won''??t feel as tho
I rated it fair because the resident quality for repairs has declined. There should be a shorter response time for repairs. In addition, Paragon is improving the outside appearance of the property but the resident buildings are in desperate need of repairs (torn, discolored, stained carpets in hallways), through cleaning and dusting of hallways is needed, hallway walls are discolored and stained. This is very embarrassing when you invite guests and potential residents to view apartments.
