Overall, this place is not bad. I've had some issues with getting maintenance to come. The staff has been pretty good and most tenants are fine.

My neighbors when I first moved in were extremely loud, lots of conflicts with the couple. There children would hit our walls in the bedroom which was there living room. I actually had to call the authorities once. Once they left it became much more peaceful. I loved the property and the pool.

After concerns are brought to the desk, and told by management that they will be handled, the issue is dismissed.

There is a lot of noise at night outside my bedroom window. People are hitting their car horns (probably locking their cars; not understanding that the doors can be locked by a button inside their car, that does not blow the horn) all hours of the night from midnight until morning, all night long ... all ... night ... long!. Lots of dogs barking throughout the day and night. Parking lot arguments in the middle of the night "A LOT". The office staff is great but the repair crews have no knowledge of what they're doing.

Management does a good job of keeping the park clean. Everyone is very nice . Lot rent is ridiculously high and it varies from month to month . There's no way to pay it early because they don't post it online until the end of the month which I find extremely frustrating . There are too many rules regarding parking you can't have your company Park in at your house they have to park in visitor parking which is not good when you have disabled or elderly family visiting. On the good side they try to help members of the park community who are struggling with a food pantry and other personal items available for free as needed. There's no Club house.

Worst maintenance I have ever seen. Had maintenance out 5 times for same problem and still not fixed.
