What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Clarkston

Beautiful homes. Older families. Quiet streets. Woods behind us. Many restaurants to choose to eat at. Anxious for family and friends to come visit and see the new place

What I like about living in my neighborhood is the close proximity to stores, banks, etc. I also like that it is quiet and all of my neighbors are friendly and people that I can count on should I need help.

Near enough to downtown to walk to nearby restaurants and bars. School are nearby and it is a good school district.

I like living close to downtown, close to two schools, and fire and police departments are both right by our house.

I like living in my neighborhood because we are close to stores and recently had a sidewalk put in so that those of us who are walkers have a safe place to walk.

We still have a lot of locally owned and unique businesses. There are many local and state parks for my family to spend time in as well
