            I have throughly enjoyed my 3 years here. The Management staff is stellar. The Maintenance team is knowledgeable and well versed. The quality is very good!

            Very beautiful community that has a small town feel to it. Very spacious town home living with all the amenities that's afford-ably priced. Connected to Cherry Hill village makes this community extremely unique in it's own right.

            If you have dogs or kids that like to play outside I would stay away from these apartments. Everywhere you walk there is dog waste. Next to the sidewalk, on the sidewalk, in the parks, near the childrens playgrounds, you name it. Every day you walk by and there is more waste than the day before. Management refuses to clean up the mess or hold the guilty parties responsible. The best idea they have is to fine every resident of a whole building if they find dog waste nearby. Im not sure I want to pay for the laziness of irresponsible pet owners when it is the managements duty to ensure clean and safe grounds. I highly doubt any of these fines would go toward paying a crew to clean up the mess. More likely it would go into the owners pockets. Stay away for your health and your pets health. Youre going to end up bringing feces into your apartment every time you take your dog on a walk. Im fed up with this and will be moving out as soon as my lease expires. Update: The property managers prefer to give empty promises with no commitment to fixing the issue. They even went as far as insinuating that they would take disciplinary action as a way to silence me. For a place that probably takes in $500k revenue per month, they sure are cheap!

            This place is a complete and total yard sale. I used to live here and everything was great, but their staff has turned over since and things seem to have really gone down hill. I toured the property and applied for an apartment in June of 2022. The entire process was a disaster. I didnt hear anything back for weeks after I submitted my application. I took numerous phone calls and several days of waiting to receive a call back from someone that was capable of answering questions about a lease. When I received my lease the move in costs were significantly higher than I had anticipated. I tried for several days to get in touch with someone from Uptown to discuss this, but my calls werent returned. Eventually I got an email from a third party company that they used to screen tenants. They decided that I should be required to place a higher security deposit based upon completely erroneous information. I tried to contact them over the phone and on their website. Neither option has worked. I tried for several days again to contact the leasing office at Uptown about the issue, they did not respond until I emailed the property manager that I would be rescinding my application. All that they had to say about the issue was that they would not return my deposit. They didnt offer any help or apologize for their lack of communication- nothing. I would not recommend this community to anyone. I don't know how they expect you to make a final decision within 48 hours of applying when they don't provide you with a lease for weeks afterwards- it's one of the great mysteries of our time.

            Overpriced dump on the outskirts of canton. There is dog crap all over the place. There is garbage piled up by all of the dumpsters. Maintenance never fixes anything. Constance price increases. The inside is cheap finishes that are old and dilapidated.

            First impressions are important. I thought the staff was rude. Did not take into account my husband has a handicap when showing the unit, we felt rushed and he made us feel we were waiting his time. Also, the parking is horrible! And don't believe for one minute that those "store front" units have hard wood floors. They do not!
