I've been here now for a month and I'm very happy of my place, the renovations are still going on around you but that's to be expected since they are doing the entire complex. My main concern was the laundry room I needed it near me and since it's on the same floor with the bedrooms I couldn't be more happy... Staff and maintenance workers are respectful and nice... love my place!!!
They don't except section 8
I have been here over 2 years. The property value has went down the complex looks like a project.kids cant play on the grass due to construction vehicles left there over a months, all material to upgrade the units are in the middle of the grass. Pot holes that have not been fixed but reported. Lifts go out frequently, we have had no hot water for 2 dats and told by the emergency # they cant take a message because they are aware.
I've been here for 8 months. Still not able to use any amenities to this date.I have a 2 bedroom no renovations. Fridge old.. Yellow handles originally white.. Dishwasher is older than me soo I refuse to use because there is rust inside. I requested work to be done in my bathroom because the sealant on the bathroom wall has come off completely. I asked for new fridge and dishwasher and for them to fix bathroom and they want to move me in a new unit which is substantially higher (over 1k).. My rent for a 2 bdrm one bath is 845 plus 64 bucks for utilities. Which is 909.00 per month. Promise after promise from the office and my issues are never resolved. The only end result is raising rent on end user (tenants). My neighbor just notified me that her non renovated unit is increasing to 910 per month plus 64 which is 974.. Lol for a non renovated unit. Then the renovated units prices are through the roof. When I moved in the office told me I would be in a renovated unit within 3 months of move in. Thats why I moved into a non reno unit. Leasing office blamed it on old managing company and stated it was a lie. Reno unit at that time was 929..which is 993. 6 months after.. Now its like 979.. Which is 1043.. I see it says 14 million in renovations. But really who is paying for them? We the tenants are. My 2 bdrm was 650 2 years ago and now with the reno its 1043 including utilities that we pay the owner/management. So, you do the math! We the tenants are being duped into paying more and more each year. I could understand 10 or 15 dollar increase per year but where does someone fit 50+ increase per year. Where can we find that in our budget? Would you like for your rent to increase by this much each year? Would you consider this to be fair and would you honestly stay within a community who seems to be out for monteary gains versus building relationships with respectable, hardworking teanats who pay their rent on time? We're already being taken advantage of having to live in
I loved what they have done to the apartments, can't wait to move there Danielle was the young lady that show me the apartment awesome person, Thank you.
