Great community, friendly management and great location.

No one has contacted me regarding my request to see the place.

The management was greedy and refused to do any matinence work unless it was damaging to the apartments. The bushes outside of our door were just sticks pushed into the ground. Really just an embarrassment to consider this place a luxury.

The apartments are nice but management leaves something to be desired. You have to always call and call them to get issue resolved or questioned answered. If you are moving here from anyplace with FIOS be ready to seek counseling. You have two choices here Spectrum Cable (which after 12 month sucker rate jumps to $175 (no pay per view channels and slow internet). Beside the internet being slow Spectrum is in the running for the worse customer service than the airlines. One of Spectrum top competitors for worse customer service is the only other internet option here -AMTECH. There internet is fast but their customer service SUCKS. In this complex you can't get FIOS nor can you get Direct TV. The other issue is if you have spouse you have to pay extra to for another parking space. Typical apt complex there isn't enough parking. Club house and fitness center/pool are nice. The apt floors are average or slightly worse for containing noise. It all depended on who your neighbors in your building. THey have trash service here but half the time they don't pick it up. You have to pay for the trash service -it is mandatory despite the fact they don't pick it up on regular basis. I would definitely consider looking at some of the newer complexes being built and if amenities are similar go with the cheapest rent. You also pay water and electric -averages $100 -120 in warm months and water seems to be around $30 a month.

Management doesn't care about anything. Grounds are never kepts up. Maintenance comes in whenever and will do more than just repairs - they started using our bathroom! Online payment doesn't work. There is zero communication between management and you. Please save yourself the headache and DO NOT MOVE IN. These apartments are not worth the money!!
