(2 Ratings)Been living here 5 years. You're paying for location and that's it. I've had mice in my ceiling for two years and the lady in the office told me they have pest control but that's just how it is sometimes. Never seen a pest control person once since I lived here but they did send a maintence person into the ceiling with rat traps. Currently being kept awake by the scratching right now.
Don't live here you'll regret it.
