When I moved in, the existing carpet should have been replaced. That would have made the entire difference. The carpet exhibited the use of the previous tenant. New carpet would have made me a resident willing to stay, rather than a resident trying to leave.

It's an ok place to live. I have lived in many apartments and they have some of the worst communication that I have ever encountered. It takes forever for them to respond to any maintanence issue. Once they fix the issue you sometimes have no clue that they were even in your apartment to fix it.

there is a bug problem in my apartment. the exterminator has been there 3 times and I am still constantly killing bugs.
