Eton Square Apartments and Townhomes

Its my second year living in this apartment complex. I love the management team that is always eager to help, the maintenance staff that fixes any of our minor issues and of course, the location. There are so many awesome spots in a walkable distance - grocery stores ( Whole Foods, Kroger/Target), recreation & fitness centers (LA Fitness, yoga studios, tennis courts) and a bunch of other spots downtown Birmingham (beautiful Shain Park, restaurants and stores). I live in a townhouse which has a beautiful renovated design with a modern look to it. I also can oversee a diner across the street (from the patio) which is always full of people enjoying the neighborhood.

Ive loved living at Eton Square! The location is amazing because of the closeness to downtown Birmingham! It is also a super safe area. Maintenance always helps super fast and they keep everything clean.

These units are convenient, well cared for, and safe. I have little to say about the management. Nothing is an issue. They are very professional,the location is perfect. Woods, river, parks, freeway access, restaurants, parking, front and and rear.. Individual central air and heat. The basement is spacious for storage and for a washer and dryer (not included}. My neighbors are friendly and helpful. This is a very nice place to live.

Overall, great place to live. You are just a mile from downtown, neighbors are quiet, and new restaurants are right across the street. You can walk to a brewery or breakfast diner. You can also walk to whole food which is very convenient because they have an amazon return too! The space is also very unique and a good value. I feel like most places for rent kind of look and feel the same but this place is really different, lots of natural light to get you through Michigan winters.

I completely fell in love with the 2 bedroom townhouse set-up I moved into. The entire place and my experience here have been lovely and the location is perfect. This is everything I was looking for.

12-22-22 Eton Square offers luxury living for affordable prices. Secluded in the Villa District in Birmingham, Eton Square is nested in a quiet residential area yet is within walking distance to downtown as well as a variety of Retail and restaurants. The living space is open and well suited for ample light and minimal sounds from the outside world and our neighbors. Speaking of our neighbors. Every single person has been super friendly and kind. The real separation though from Eton Square to other residential property companies is the staff. The staff at Eton Square from the initial tour to the occasional maintenance issue has been supportive, professional and courteous. I am proud to be a resident of Eton Square and look forward to the future. Here at home.

This facility is a "Place", and it is a destination. The maintenance staff is top notch. The location is ideal. I can walk to Downtown Birmingham, I can walk to the Rouge River Trails. Birmingham takes the environment seriously. My unit is fun to live in. Three levels. That"s right THREE levels. Bedrooms and bath are upstairs. Living rooms, are small, bur not crowded. There is a full basement, wood burning fire place in the living room. We all have individual, Central AC and Heating. Parking is available at my back door or front door. The parking is included.
