I don't keep track of the rental market so cannot rate value for the money. Could not see the apartment before move in. Problems with carpet not being cleaned properly. Would like gym at the clubhouse. Whoever designed the complex was brilliant!

The leasing office staff have been pleasant and nice to do business with during my time here. We have even shared a few laughs. They respond quickly to repair requests and follow up on repairs with a phone call from the leasing office. In unit washer and dryer along with free utilities (except electricity) is what convinced me to live here. The pond view from my apartment was the icing on the cake and sealed the deal for me.

Seems like a little bit old due to the maintenance needed in the building, but i could live there :)

I had to move out because of terrible cigarette smoke in my unit. I asked to have the problem fixed and was told there was nothing they could do. When I cancelled my lease and explained the situation I was met with rudeness and a refusal to answer my questions and work with me.
