    When my neighbors are smoking, I can smell it. I complained with the office because smoking is prohibited in the lease. But they never dealt with my concerns.

    The Landings are outdated over priced units. Youre paying for the location. They do not shovel walkways and the parking lot in a timely manner. You will wait several days after a storm, before this is completed. Maintenance issues are not resolved in a timely manner. Avoid moving here. There are several other options, more reasonalble, newer and close to the high way. Try Eagles Ridge and thank me later.

    Beautiful landscape, great apartment layout, I have 2-bedroom (one is my office). Next door to library. Close to. mall (but far enough back not to hear traffic). Great office and maintenance staff, friendly and EFFICIENT.
