The pond never runs; which is one main reason I chose to live here!! Neighbor is often loud with screaming children and pounding on walls!! Doesn't seem to be any boundaries of outside space-kids just play where they want without regard to flowers and personal area. The lawn is well kept and the maintenance staff is very helpful. Paying more each year, but the pond is never working (yes, stressed again!). Increases are very high each year!!!!!
