luv it here !! Relocated and could not be happier. BEST complex in Battle Creek, located in great location, Staff , amenities, could go on !! 5 Stars !! ( Relocation Companies, a must too put on your list) !!

I can't stand when visitors pull up with the base and music blaring. Then stomping, yelling, and cussing in the stairwell. I'm paying over $800 a month here to not have to hear and get woken up to that stuff. My bedroom window has mildew and paint peeling. Ice builds up inside the window too. There's a huge gap in my front door casing and the light shines through it. I've contacted maintenance for both issues but they couldn't find a resultion for either one.

Staff was always extremely friendly. They always took care of issues within a timely manner. Great pool and clean, well maintain grounds

Pine Knoll Apartment has a wonderful staff. I have built a great relationship with staff who actually know my name and apartment number. They've also been very timely in repairs to my apartment. I love thag everything has gone electronically.
