Valley Ranch

I have been a loyalresidentat Valley Ranch for almost 20 years. I loved living here for many years till BEACON management took over. My apartment is an old apartment. There have been ZERO updates in my very old apartment. I have had many requests to take care of things a 20-year-old apartment needs. None were taken care of. For 3 years the same complaints remain. When BEACON took over they immediately raised my rent $300. Over the next years they continue to increase my rent with no justification for it. I tried to contact Jim, a manager. I sent Jim several emails regarding the 15% raise in my rent. The emails also contained the same list of all the maintenance requests that were never tended to the previous year. . All I heard from Jim was that he could not reach me by phone and that my number went straight to voicemail. Not true, as there was no record of him calling me. He told me this severaltimes. Why he never left a voicemail is very curious. He claimed he had no idea why I was contacting him when it was very clear in my emails I was extremelyupset about this 15% rent increase. Since Beacon has taken over the property has gone down hill. They took out flower beds and replaced them with concrete. They nickel and dime you to death. I never paid for garbage removal in all my years here. Now there is a charge. I would love to know where all the money I pay goes. I did see them upgrading the office security system. Tons of trucks working on the club house. They replaced signs that did not need replacing. I HAD TO CUT MY REVIEW SHORT BECAUSE OF A LIMIT. LOOK ON GOOGLE REVIEWS FOR THE REST. DO NOT RENT HERE!

My guide went out of his way for me. He showed me the apartment once and then showed my friend a little while later. He explained everything very well.

My wife and I had the most pleasant and pressure free renting and moving experience here at Valley Ranch. Our apartment is modern, renovated, was clean and very well appointed when we arrived. Minor post move in maintenance issues were addressed immediately. I could not think of a better experience to have during what is ultimately I stressful time for anyone. Jennifer in the leasing office is genuine, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her demeanor and knowledge made us feel confidant we were making the right decision. Michelle and Tamara handled other administrative requirements as they pertain to our move in quickly and correctly. It's easy for me to give Valley Ranch 5 stars for all of the wonderful things we've experienced thus far.
