Maintenance is great. Office staff, too. Beautiful area, and reasonably priced.

The buildings are beautiful, I love my apartment, and the staff are extremely helpful. It has definitely become home.

The management staff and maintenance staff are very good and all sidewalks cared for throughout the year. The living rooms are away from the street noise. Enjoyed three years here.

Do not live here. Had a good experience until it was time to move out. I was expected to pay a prorated amount for 5 days. The entire month was taken out of my account, and told me it would not return to me for 30 days via mail to my forwarding address. They would not reason with me or accommodate with me to fix this. Because of them stealing my money, I could no longer put down money for a security deposit at my new place. They were telling me it was my fault that this happened, although they had not communicated with me on how to make this not occur. They pride themselves in electronic payments, yet told me "our automatic payment system is not smart enough to know when you are moving out and you will be charged the full amount." DO NOT LIVE HERE. The stole 1581 dollars from me. Also, you get charged 30+ a month for sewer, which they say is normal upon the apartments. 20 dollars for valet trash even if you don't use it and other random fees every month they don't tell you about.

The administration and maintenance people respond to all requests quickly, efficiently, and politely. I enjoy the location quite a bit. The only downside is that the apartments are slightly higher priced than I would prefer.

nice apartment. friendly, helpful staff. maintenance team is quick and diligent. landscaping is good, except the pond could be cleaned from old pieces of wood and scrub floating in it.

I have great experience with this property, especially with their maintenance team, always fast and fixes everything. It's in a safe and peaceful area in Ann Arbor and has a wonderful pond view. The management team is super helpful, if you communicate your need properly!

Quiet community and friendly neighbors, caring staff. Love the dog park and the many neighborhoods that connect to walk. Proximity to downtown. Affordable rates for Ann Arbor and for 2 bedroom, two bath. I enjoy my renovated home.

This complex and management company is by far the best! I have lived here a year now and planning to sign on for another year. They are on top of all maintenance issues and very nice people. The amenities are a huge plus. Highly recommend moving in.

The entire team at this community truly cares. If you are looking for a community where you will be taken care of by management, Ponds is the place!! Any issue thrown at this team is handled with or promptness and care. Keep up the great work!

Great maintenance staff! They are always timely and friendly. Helpful and Jason explains everything that he does to fix the repair. I would recommend this apartment complex to everyone!
