Staff are Rock Stars. They go out of their way to accommodate.
The apartment we rented at Briarcove is a nice place to live for our family. Location is good, and the apartment has a good layout. Ammenities like landscaping, kids playground, visitor parking, tennis courts, swimming pool, and gym, provides us for expansion and fitness activities, very convenient in Michigan's weather. We enjoy very much living here, and feel it is a nice community.
Terrible office staff and management company. Terrible parking.
I've lived here for 2 months now and have had an overall great experience! The staff is friendly and helpful. The community is very welcoming (and very dog friendly). The location is great. The apartment layout is just what I was looking for. The only downsides I've found so far are that I had the hardest time moving my large couch in (the living room is upstairs). The other downside is the parking. We haven't opted for a covered spot yet, so we are always just hoping to find a spot near us. It isn't terrible though. It's the best parking out of the three apartments I've lived in in Ann Arbor. But I felt I had to count it as a downside still. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my decision to move here. I'd recommend it!
Come live here.
