I urge you to read and reread mid-year the lease and to seek out the fine print- reminder to people that if you plan on moving by the date set from your signed lease, you still have to formally notify that you indeed plan on leaving by the date listed on your lease term and that you are not planning on breaking the lease term by staying. For those that choose to stay an additional month- at the time of renewing you need to tell you formally the date you are moving. Telling them you plan to stay for just one more month only does not count as notice. It counts as paying month to month rent only. If you have a longer lease with arbor landings and need to tack on an additional month- know that when renewing for the month you need to have let them know your plans of moving out at the end of the additional 1 month stay 1 month BEFORE your new 1 month lease begins. You are liable to pay an additional (inflated) monthly rent after moving out if you move out by date on lease without telling them that you are moving. Charges tenets for new carpet costs when new carpet is not going to be put in. The entire building/complex has been transitioning to hard flooring-After each tenet has moved, they have changed from carpet to hard flooring throughout the complex. I am left with a sense of shadiness upon seeing I am billed for brand new carpet throughout. Maybe mine is just the odd one out and they are keeping one apartment with carpet.

Worst place to live..

Staff always grumpy, or not there. Almost every time I have stopped by the office (during their hours) there is a sign reading "Sorry we missed you" and they are gone. When I have been lucky and they are there, the three women I've interacted with have been rude and dismissive. Keep looking.

Ugh! I moved in early July, and already know I won't renew my lease. The place is overall nice and well located, but poorly managed. Management reneged on a lease incentive it was shown on the website, and the manager said it was their mistake, but wouldn't offer any compromise. The apartment was filthy, and 3 weeks after move-in, none of the things I reported as broken on the move-in inspection have been fixed. Service orders are slow, and the management team is very poor communicating status.

Excellent customer service

I have lived at Arbor Landings for a year and a half. The apartment was not ready for move in when I was provided the keys. I have dealt with faulty appliances and equipment from the master bedroom toilet, to the HVAV unit (needed several repairs), to the garbage disposal, and most recently a washer that management took 3 weeks to replace. I once was told by the Property Manager that they would address the heating situation in my apartment once the maintenance crew was done with snow removal outside. I would not recommend moving here. Keep looking.
