What Renters Like and Dislike About Allen Park

The neighbood has a lot of older houses. Downtown area has a lot of reasaurant. There is a local bar which is very family friendly.

friendly neighbors and its so quiet and peaceful and safe to walk the block at night. good pizza places around and party store owners are friendly and great

I like a fruit shop in my community most, there are many fruits I like, I will go there almost every day to buy some home.

I like how close it is to several buildings and downtown. The one thing I wojld want to change is possibly adding a newer movie theatre or more bars

The city is older and established. A lot of generations live here and stay here. Houses are mostly brick and are well built. Yards are maintained and streets are safe. People are friendly.

We are a Small community. Everything is close by. I'm a senior and my neighbors watch out for me. E can walk to any store when I need something.
