Are you considering living here? I would rather sleep in a tent in Montana during a blizzard, then proceed with this. My interaction with Phil lacked integrity, follow up and professionalism. I was told security deposits had to be picked up within so much time. The application even states that, even though staff says something else. The follow-up was awful. The apartment he showed me was blah.I am glad i didn't proceed further. It was a blessing in disguise.
This place lacks costumer service, smells cigarette, and the staff needs to be more friendly.
If you like cockroaches stay here. The exterminator has been in here 3 times and there still here good bye
Emails and voicemails to the office get flat out ignored most of the time. Doors to the outside are always open. Reckless and speeding drivers don't get reprimanded. Abandoned vehicles are ignored for YEARS. The hallways and stairwells stink of cat litter, cigarette smoke, and human urine. The cigarette smell is now seeping into our apartment. Complex is barely plowed in the winter. Packages are stolen daily and the office doesnt do anything about it even though they have caught people on security cams. I have lost hundreds worth of items from stolen packages over the years and I still cant get someone at the office to take 5 minutes out of their day to check the security cams even though I gave them exact times of delivery and discovery of it being stolen. My most recent experience Ive been trying to get an answer for two weeks at this point. The ceilings have rained multiple times because of plumbing problems. Mold has been growing under our shower tiles making the tiles soft to touch since we moved in and nothing has been done even though we have reported it multiple times. It took a year to get a balcony door fixed and it still looks horrible. All of the staff straight up lies about getting back to you about any problem. Shopping carts, dog poop, and trash litter the place. This place is way too expensive for such a crappy environment.
Nice, basic apartments with reasonable room and silence.
