Were an apartment community that offers quick accessibility to Boston, plus great space, real value, and high-end customer service. Our one and two-bedroom apartments feature hardwood floors, open floor plans, spacious rooms, natural light, and lots of closet space (In fact, our one-bedroom apartments are the largest in the area.) Heat, hot water, and parking are all included in your rent.At CCGA, community is more than a marketing term. Our owner/management and maintenance team is right here on-site, so as a tenant you are also our neighbor. If you have an issue that needs attention, our pledge is always to respond promptly and personally.

Nice place to live!! Very professional, yet friendly and helpful staff. Grounds well kept. Always respond to any maintenance issues very quickly. I love living here!
CCGA is a great apartment community tucked away on a calm back road with minimal traffic. Everyone there, from the office staff, maintainance crew and the residents I interacted with were very kind and simply nice to be apart of that type of environment. The property manager went above and beyond to make sure our concerns had be addressed. I really enjoyed living here.
I are staying with Country Club Garden Apt for over 15 years and one of the best place to live. Best customer service and very nice and understanding management team. Keep up the good work. Thakkar Family
too expensive for little services:(
The aesthetics of the apartment is good. I enjoy the new appliances and hardwood floors and the large open living room/dining room setup. The bathroom isn't so great. The shower pressure is weak and the toilet seems to break every 4-5 months. I also don't like that I can hear my neighbors, but that comes with being sandwiched between two floors. Sometime it gets out of hand though with the noise. No one seems to follow the quiet hour rule.
